Milestone 2 Exit Criteria

Features: (not comprehensive)

• First integration of Tango (not feature complete)
• MQ integration (not feature complete)

Reviews:

• One Pagers reviewed by community
• reviewed and approved by AS Architects
• Start user experience reviews

Bugs:

• No P1's.
• 50% reduction in P2s from the baseline. Any open P2's should be in a state 3 (evaluated) or higher. (The baseline is start of Milestone 2)
• 10% reduction in P3s per module from the baseline (by way of fixing, downgrading or closing).
• 40% of all P3's must be evaluated by the end of M2
• Forward port ALL P2 bugs from 8.2 branch

CTS:

• Run 1 combination of all tests - pass or don't pass. Will take 4 days.

Big Apps:

• Try a run for all Big Apps

Performance

• Need baseline numbers. No regression from AS9.0.

Documentation:

• Drafts of docs for features by 9/25/06.
  • in pre-beta quality
  • if engineering has not provided input, the feature may be thinly documented
  • docs will only be reviewed for accuracy
