Improvements in GlassFish V3 Administration Infrastructure and Related Areas

This is the first cut at what I'd like to see in administration/configuration area for V3. The topics are arranged according to functionality as well as interfaces. I am expecting good amount of discussion around them. Every feature has a desired priority next to it.

1. P1 => Release Driver (Must be done). Justification: Cited in several user scenarios.
